Our review methodology
A source for every claim.
A source-backed profile has at least one detail supported by a primary source. It is not a complete audit or safety certificate.
- Identify: match the brand, domain and exact company.
- Source: use regulator registers, operator terms, help pages and corporate disclosures.
- Scope: state the market and review date. One market’s terms do not apply everywhere.
- Disclose: mark unverified details rather than guessing.
- Update: accept documented corrections and revisit changes.
Scores
Editorial scores are withheld until a documented assessment supports them. Demonstration scores are not published. Player scores average approved ratings on a 1–10 scale and reflect personal experiences.
Complaint statistics
Only public cases submitted here are counted. Resolved means the mediator recorded a resolution with an explanation. No complaints does not establish reliability.
Website checks
Accessibility checks do not verify licences, offers or payment speeds. Discovered policy links are research leads until reviewed.
